Vitamin A – An antioxidant that helps produce healthy sebum, an oily substance secreted by the scalp, which keeps hair from breaking off

Vitamin E – An antioxidant that improves skin and help the body’s blood circulate by increasing the oxygen intake in which new hair can be produced

Vitamin K – A fat soluble vitamin that is most responsible for controlling blood clotting and calcium in the body. It also works with proteins and as more vitamin K is consumed, the proteins in the body become more active and therefore, hair benefits from the active proteins as it is made of keratin.
